Privacy Policy
Effective date: October 22, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Duct Tape Games Inc ("we", "us", "our"), a company based in Illinois, USA, collects, uses and shares information when you play Battle Planes (the "Game") on Android, in a web browser, or on PC through Steam.
Information we collect
- Account and gameplay data: player ID, display name, avatar choice, match history, Elo rating and leaderboard position, friends list, and the rooms or matches you join. If you play as a guest, we create an anonymous player ID for you.
- Sign-in data: if you choose to sign in with Google Play Games or create a free account, we receive the basic account identifier and profile details needed to link your progress (for example, a player ID and display name). If you create an account with an email address, we store that email address.
- Device and connection data: device model, operating system, app version, IP address and connection data needed to connect you to online matches, plus crash and diagnostic information.
- Support messages: your email address and the content of your message, if you contact us.
We do not collect your precise location, contacts, photos or payment card details.
Advertising and purchases
The Game currently shows no ads and offers no in-app purchases. If we add ads or purchases in the future, we will update this policy before they go live.

- To keep your progress when you sign in.
- To fix bugs, prevent cheating and abuse, and keep the Game stable and secure.
- To answer your support requests.
We do not sell your personal information.

By using the Game, you understand that your information may be transferred to and processed in countries whose data protection laws may differ from those where you live. Where local law gives you additional rights (for example in the EU, UK or California), you can exercise them by contacting us.
Security
We use reasonable measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the new version on this page and change the effective date above. If a change is significant, we will also let players know in the Game or on our store pages.
